Tasks:

• structured instructions and regular support for clients in individual and group settings
• Inspiring, motivating and activating our residents to take on suitable tasks independently
• Support in the development and development of individual skills / abilities of clients
• Participation in the design of the various work areas (wood / carpentry, art and design, building services, metal workshop or housekeeping)
• Cooperation in an interdisciplinary team
• Conducting admission, feedback and therapy change talks
• Regular documentation of the course of therapy and assumption of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• completed vocational training
• Knowledge of housekeeping (hygiene, QM, HACCP) or experience in technical / therapeutic team and group work is an advantage
• Flexibility, a sense of responsibility, resilience and an independent way of working
• Interest in working with addicts
• Ability to work in a team and a good degree of self-organization
• Willingness to take over occasional weekend shifts
